HairyUp, LLC (“HairyUp”) operates its website, located at www.HairyUp.com, (the “Website”) and provides the mobile app known as HairyUp (the “App”). The Website and the App are referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Sites.” The hair cutting, styling, shaving, trimming, and other services provided by HairyUp are referred to as the “Services.” The term “you” or “You” shall refer to any person or entity that views, uses, accesses, or any content or material in connection with the use of the Sites.
1. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY.
This privacy policy tells you how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By visiting or using the Sites, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. This information may include details about the customer or the hair stylist.
We use this information to showcase to the users and verify who the individual is receiving the haircut OR who is performing the haircut. We may also use this information to improve the functionality of our Sites and to provide you with a better user experience. We do not share or sell your image information to any third-party companies or individuals. Additionally, we take appropriate measures to ensure the security of your image information and protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

6. WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION.

As a safety precaution, you should also close out of the App or your web browser completely and re-open it before viewing other parts of the Internet.
8. YOUR USE OF INFORMATION AND UNSOLICITED JUNK E-MAIL.
If you obtain personally identifiable information about another user of the Sites, you are not allowed to disclose this information to anyone else without the consent of the user and our consent too.
We hate junk e-mail (Spam). Information you obtain from our Site about us or other site users cannot be used by you or others to send unsolicited commercial e-mail or to send unsolicited commercial communications via our Sites’ posting or other communication systems.
9. YOUR VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES WHO ARE NOT OUR SUPPLIERS.
You may choose to provide personal information to visitors or users of the Sites or other third parties who are not our suppliers. Please use caution when doing so. The privacy policies and customs of these third parties determine what is done with your information.

To protect your privacy, we use a verified opt-in system for such communications and you can always opt-out of such communications using the links contained in each autoresponder message.
